NEW LAND BILL.—SECOND READING. [Reuter’s Telegrams.] Sydney, August 14. In the Legislative Council last night, the Hon. W. B. Dailey, Attorney-General, moved the second reading of the Land Bill. The debate is fixed for Tuesday next. Sailed on Tuesday evening,Union steamship Wakatipu, for Wellington. Arrived yesterday l afternoon, steamship Albion, from New Zealand. Sailed this afternoon, P.M.B, Zealandia, for San Francisco, via Auckland. Melbourne, August 14. Arrived this morning, Union steamship Wairarapa, from the Bluff.
