The Soudan War.
THE SOUDAN EXPEDITION. [reuter’s telegrams.] Cairo, August 10. Active preparations are now being made here for the expedition into the Soudan by way of the Nile Valley. A combined force of 4,000 British and Egyptian troops will be employed.
