SPREAD OF THE REBELLION. DESPATCH OF TBOOPS. [Reuters Telegrams.] Constantinople, August 3. The outbreak of fanaticism in the Province of Yemen is rapidly increasing, and the revolt is assuming alarming proportions. All available troops have been despatched to Arabia with a view of subduing the rebels. Cairo, August 3.

Despatches have been received from Major Kitchener announcing his arrival at Dongola, and stating that he had been well received by the inhabitants of the town.
