[Reuter’s. Telegrams,] Melbourne, July 30. Sailed, yesterday, afternoon, the Union steamship Ringarooma, for the Bluff. SMALL-POX A further case of small-pox has occurred in the suburbs. FEDERAL COUNCIL. It has transpired that Mr. Service has written to the Agent-General in London, instructing him to urge Earl Derby to introduce in the Imperial Parliament an enabling Bill for the appointment of an Australasian Federal Council.
