A Conference to consider the question of Imperial federation will shortly be held in London. Leading members of both the Liberal and Conservative parties have announced their intention of taking part in the proceedings. THE CHOLERA IN ITALY. Rome, July 27. Cholera has made its appearance at Spezia, a town in North Italy, on the Gulf of Genoa.
