[Reuter’s Telegrams.] CRICKET. AUSTRALIANS v. MIDDLESEX. London, July 19. The cricket match, Australian v. Middlesex, was concluded yesterday at Lord’s Ground. The weather was fine and the attendance good. The Australians, with nine wickets down for 179 runs, resumed their innings, which closed for 188 runs, Murdoch being not out, 64. The home team being 135 to the bad went in for their second innings, but only succeeded in scoring 106, and the Australians thus won the match in one innings with 29 runs to spare. For the Middlesex second innings the highest scorers

were—Lucas, run out, 26, and O’Brien, b 26. The bowling of the visitors was dead on, and the wickets fell rapidly. In consequence of the collapse of Middlesex in the rec.'nt match with tho Australian cricketers, several alterations have been ira.de in the team chosen to represent All England in the match against the Australians, which commences at Lord on Monday.
