An action was brought in the District Court, by Robert Barlow, the capturer of Winiata, to recover from the Onehunga Building Society Trustees, £l2O of his reward which he had entrusted to his mother, and which she had deposited with the Society prior to her death. Judge Smith ordered the refund of the money by the trustees, and also payment of costs. ANOTHER FIRE. Timaru, July 15. A fire occurred a little before 8 o’clock this morning at the Education Board’s boat depot, Government buildings. Everything was destroyed and uninsured. The probable loss is £l5O of Board’s property, and about the same amount of private property of the secretary. It is supposed to have originated from embers of last night’s fire.
