[Reuter’s Telegrams.] Melbourne, July 15. Sir Henry Loch, Governor-elect, was expected to arrive here at 2 p.m. to-day. The vessels of the Victorian Navy will act as convoys from the Heads to Hobson’s Bay, and will fire a salute on His Excellency’s landing. SEVERE EARTHQUAKE. Telegrams from Tasmania report that a severe earthquake was experienced there last evening. The shock was also felt in this colony.
