Ministerial and Opposition caucuses are now actively organising for the purpose of agitating respectively for and against reform of the franchise. Paris, July 11. Telegrams from Marseilles report that cholera is still raging there, no less than fifty-three deaths having occurred yesterday from the disease, The latest news from Toulon states that the epidemic is somewhat abating, the mortality yesterday having only amounted to twelve cases, which is below the recent daily average.
