[belter’s telegrams.] THE FALL OF BERBER CONFIRMED. Cairo, July 1. Major Kitchener, who has returned to Assouan! from his expedition to the Nubian district, and maintains there is the fullest evidence that Berber has fallen into the hands of the rebels. July 2. A report is current here to-day that Nuber Pasha, President of the Council of Ministers, has tendered his resignation to the Khedive, and that Riaz Pasha, who was Minister for the Interior in the Cherif administration, has been summoned to form a new Ministry.
