After hearing considerable evidence His Worship nonsuited the plaint ff, with costs, £3 18s. WARD V. SUNDERLAND. Claim £4 Bs. Bd. for wages and passage money. Judgment was given for plaintiff for £1 17s. 6d., each party paying his own costs.
