His Worship debvered it this morning in favour of the| defendant, Mr, Brassey gave notice of appeal. WHINRAY V. J. MACKAY. Claim, £8 13s. 6d., for goods supplied. Judgment for the amount, with cos.s, 12s. DOWNE V. CARTER. Claim, £BO, for breach <»f contract. Mr. Finn for plaintiff, and Mr. Rees for defendant. After hearing considerable evidence His Worship nonsuited the plaint ff, with costs, £3 18s. WARD V. SUNDERLAND. Claim £4 Bs. Bd. for wages and passage money. Judgment was given for plaintiff for £1 17s. 6d., each party paying his own costs.
