The Tonquin War.
[Reuter’s Telegrams.] OFFICIALS CONDEMNED TO DEATH. Hong Kong, April 15. Intelligence is to hand from Pekin announcing that Tchang Shan, Viceroy of Canton, has been publicly degraded for disobeying the orders of the Government, and that the military officers who are answerable for the loss of Bacninh have been condemned to be beheaded. General Livy has been ordered off to China to augment the standing army. Paris, April 15. Official despatches from Tonquin announce that Hanghoa has been occupied by French troops.
