Formidable Insurrection in Cuba.

[Reuters Telegrams.] London, April 11. Telegrams to hand from Cuba announce a formidable rising having occurred there under Aguers, the well know Filibuster. The, Cuban authorities have asked the Spatfish Government to despatch a strong force of troops with a view to quell the rebellion, which threatens to assume serious proportions. London, April 13. Latest despatches to hand from Cuba report that a severe engagement having taken place between the rebels and the Royal troops. The latter were victorious, twenty-six of the insurgents being killed.
