The market rate of discount has further fallen to two per cent., and is now’ one-half per cent, below’ bank rate. Adelaide wheat, off coast cargoes, 41s. Gd.: ex store, 435.; New Zealand do., 355. to 415.; Adelaide flour, ex store, £29; Australian tallow—average quality, beef, 375.; mutton, 40s. Albany, April 9. Arrived at King George’s Sound this morning—P. and O. steamship Rome, with inward mails via Suez and Brindisi, dated London, March 7. One of the passengers is suffering from small-pox.
