Sailed—Ringarooma, for Sydney. Wellington, Feb. 13. The barque Waimea, 112 days from London, is at the Heads. Dunedin, Feb. 13. Captain Cruickshank, of the barque Mataura, the first Home ship to come up to Dunedin, has been presented by the consignees of goods by her with a gold watch, as a memento of the event. The barque Triton has arrived |from New York and the barque James Wishart from Glasgow—all well. The consignees have presented Captain Cruickshank of the Mataura with a gold chronometer.
