COOK COUNTY. ls hereby given that it is the Intention of the Cook County Council to divert a portion of the Glsborne-Wairoa Road, and for that purpose to close a portion •f the said rood lying between SMtieoa 87 and 126, and Section 90, Patutahi Survey Dlstrlot, and to exchange with the owners of the adjoining sections the land taken for a road, and that now closed. Commencing on the South-eastern boundary of Section 126, at a distance of 670 links, or thereabouts, from its South-eastern angle. Bounded towards the North-east generally by lines 2,080'5 links and 447 links, respectively, towards the East by lines 390'8 links and 94'5 links, respectively ; and towards the South-east by lines 615 links and 1,496'5 links, respectively, to the commeno* ing-point, be all the aforesaid linkages more or less, as the same is delineated on plan No. 8,631, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland, copies of which plans may be seen at the office of the Cook County Council, Lowe Street, Gisborne, and at the offioe of the Patutahi Road Board. Portion containing 1 acre, 2 roods, and 32 perches, bounded towards the north-west by a line 1392 links, towards the north-east by a line 175 links, towards the south-east by lines 140 links, 1404 links, and 150 links, and towards the west by a line 123 links, respectively, to the commenclng-polnt, be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. Portion containing 1 acre, 2 roods, and 24 porches, bounded towards the north by a lino 76 links, towards the east by a lino 79'4 links, towards the south-east generally by lines 190 links, 510 links, 870'9 links, 355'1 links, and 60 links, respectively, and towards the south-west by a line 1970 links, to the commencing, point, be all the aforesaid linkages more or less, as the tame is delineated on Plan No. 3168, deposited In the Survey Office at Auckland, and the office of the Putatahi Road Board.
