NEW LOAN MOST SUCCESS FULLY FLOATED.
[Reuters Telegrams.] London, January 11. Tenders for the New Zealand loan of £lOOO,OOO sterling, bearing interest at the rate of 4 per cent., were opened to*day, The total amount offered was found to be five millions. Tenders at £lOO ss. will receive 54 per cent, of allotment, and those above that price will receive in full. The minimum fixed was £9B 10s. [Per Press Association.] Wellington, 12. The New Zealand Loan of £1,000,000, being the second million loan under the Three Million Loan Act, has been covered. The Agent-General telegraphs from London that the whole loan has been placed at above par. There were 600 tenders, the total amount tendered for being five million and seventy thousand pounds (£5,070,000), Tenderers at £lOO ss. fld, will receive 54 per cent., the remainder being placed above that price,
