After taking evidence, his Worship ordered that the amount he paid by instilments of 15s per month, in default 17 days’ imprisonment. J. EAST V. J. BROOKING. Claim L 4 23 61, who sued as trustee of S. J. R. S. Bromley. Judgment for plaintiff. with costs L2 3s. Mr Robinson for plaintiff and Mr Whitcombe for defen lant. J. EAST V. J. COOPER. Claim L 79 4s 5d for goods supplied. The plaintiff sued as trustee in the estate of 8. J. R. 8. Bromley. Mr Robinson for plaintiff and Mr Kenny for defendant. .His Worship reserved judgment. J. EAST V. L. DIREY. Claim 6s Gd for goods supplied by S. J. R. S. Bromley. Mr Robinson for plaintiff and Mr Kenny for defendant. After hearing both sides of the question, his Worship gave judgment in favor of the defendant. J. EAST V. PRIESTLY. Claim LI Ils for goods supplied in S. J. R. S. Bromley’s estate. Mr Robinso n for plaintiff and Mr Whitcombe for defendant. Judgment for plaintiff.
