BIDGOOD. Mr Brassey for plaintiff, aud Mr Kenny for defendant. Claim £ll ss. Mr Kenny consented to a judgment with the understanding that some arrangement would be made as to a set-off. Judgment for amount and costs, £3 2s. SHELTON V. THOMPSON. No appearance of either parties.
