(by electric telegraph —COPYßlGHT.) [Reuter’s Telegram.] Sydney, Nov. 27, The delegates to the Annexation Confer* ence have arrived here, and will hold their first meeting to-morrew. Lord Roseberry left to-day for Brisbane. This day. Mr, Dibbes, Colonial Treasurer, will also represent New South Wales at the Intercolonial Conference. It is not probable that the sittings will be open to the Press. Mr. Thurston, Colonial Secretary of Fiji, will represent that colony at the Conference, in consequence of the absence of Sir J, W, De Veoux, Governor.
