Sm,—A painful sight is to be seen daily near the Union Bank, in Gladstone Road. A well-bred young setter, suffering from distemper, is permitted by its owner to wander up and down staggering, and evidently in great pain. Surely it would be better to destroy the animal if he is incurable.—l am, Ac., A Lover or Dogs.
