The timber which wa, sold by auction yesterday, to the order of Mr Barnard, and which was washed down the Waimata river, was bought by Messrs Morgan & Co. My wife and daughter were made healthy by the use of Hop Bitters, and I recommend it to my people.—Methodist Clergyman. We hear that new butts have been erected on the Wimbledon plan, under the superintendence of Sergt. Ledger. All parties who wish to exercise their skill at the butts and have their shots properly scored, can command the services of an efficient marker, in the person of Corporal Thompson.
