TRINITY PARSONAGE.
The parsonage which has been delayed so frequently for wood, now bids fair to be completed in the course of another fortnight as the whole of the material ia now to hand. When finished it will present a handsome and comm odious building, containing eleven rooms, viz. :—Drawing-room, 19ft by 15ft; dining-room, 18ft by 15ft; two main bedrooms, 15ft by 14ft; one spare bedroom opening upon verandah, 13ft by Oft; another opening upon the passage, 1 of t by 9ft; study, 15ft by 12ft j kitchen, 13ft by 12ft; servants bedroom, scullery, and store, and bathroom. The kitchen, scullery, store room, and servants apartments all abut on to each other There is a spacious passage extending the whole length of the building with a clear run of 41ft by 6ft wide, on to which the main apartments open. The verandah extends round three sides of the building, and is 141 feet long by 7 wide. The front entrance is through a handsome portico. The ranges are specially imported, the patternshaving been seb-cted by the Churchward* ni. The whole building is constructed with a view to comfort health and elegence, and is a credit to both architect (Mr. Finneraii) and builders (Lincoln and Harris).
