NATIVE LAND COMPANY.
The Hawkes Bay “ Herald” publishes the following as among the shareholders of the Native Land Company ; —Mr. James Williamson, M.L.C., and Director of the Bank of New Zealand, holds 200 £5 shares ; and Dr. Pollen, M.L.C., 500. Among the members of the House of Representatives interested in the Bill are—Mr Seymour George, who holds 100 shares; Mr J. B. Whyte, 100 ; Mr J, M, Dargaville, 200 ; Mr Allan McDonald, 200 ; Mr J. Buchanan, 500 ; and Mr De Lautour, 300. Mr Rose, manager of the Auckland Agricultural Company, is the holder of 50 shares, and the following directors and officials of the Bank of New Zealand, besides Mr Williamson, and shareholders :—Mr T. S. Campbell, 100 ; Mr T. Morrin, 500 ; Mr D. E. Murdoch, 200 ; Mr T. Murray, 250 ; Mr E. Comiskey, 2000 ; Mr W. J. C. Firth, 500 ; Mr T. Buddle, 500 ; Mr W. A. Graham. 100 ; Mr G. B. Owen, ]O0; Mr T. W. Matthews, 100; and T. Russell, C.M.G., 2000.
