Judgment for plaintiff for the amount claimed, with costs, 7s. Common, Shelton & Co. v. J. Muldoon. Claim £62 15s. Mr, Nolan appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr. Finn for the defendant Mr. Finn said that they admitted the claim, subject to the set off £95 12s od. "t| Afler several witnesses Were eiamined. whose evidence was somewhat conflicting, His Worship gave judgment for plaintiffs for £6l 13s 6d. Costs £lO. Oulton v. Goldsmith.
