The B.s. Tairoa arrived in the bay at 7 o’clock on Sunday morning last from Auckland, sailing iu the evening for Napier and south. The s.s. Manapouri arrived in port on Sunday morning at 6 o’clock. She sailed again at 10.30 for Auckland. The wharf assumed quife a busy appear ance on Sunday morning last, owing to the arrival of the two steamers Taiaroa and Manapouri. The schooner Gisborne, Captain J. H. Skinner, left Auckland for this port, via the coast, on the 20th inst. She may be looked for about the end of the week.
