Yesterday morning the Supreme Court was adjourned until the following Wednesday, st 10 o’clock in the forenoon. Juryman are requested to be in attendance punc tual at 10 o’clock, not 10 30 as previously announced. We would draw the attention of our country readers to Messrs. J. & A. Davis’ large and varied stock which they have just got to hand. This persevering firm have put themselves to endless expense lately, in procuring a better stock of drapery and clothing. In our advertisement columns, will be seen a notice to the effect that no connection exists between the Poverty Bay Standard. proprietor Mr. C. H. C. Webb, and “Facts,” proprietors Mr. K. Kerr and Mr. J. G. Henderson. The latter journal, “ Facts,” is simply printed at our office and its proprietors have ceased all connection with the bTANBABD.
