They both declared that this was the only means by Which the Iriah oolild obtain redress from the Etiglhh Government, and they insisted that Ireland should ptf ■ severe in blowing up the public buildihgs in London until the concesalona uked by the party were granted. They strongly reoommended the Use of dynamite, as being more efficacious than any Other weapon pouessea by the Irish. Ths excitement consequent on the recent explosions in London remain uhabated, and additional precautionary measure* are being taken every day.
