LONDON, April «th. This evening a man was arrested at an hotel in the strand to-day, with a quantity of dynamite in his possession. Two other men, believed to be accomplices of his, have been arrested at Lambert. A factory which is proved to have been used for the manufactures dynamite has been seized by the police at Birmingham, and is now occupied by a strong force of constables. Several arrests have been made of persons believed to be connected with the manufactory. ST. PETERSBURG, April 5. Intelligence is to hand from Moscow announcing the discovery of a mine in that city which is believed to be the work of Nihilists. BERLIN, April 4th. men residing in Schles-Holstein, been sentenced to banishment for refusing to serve in the German army.
