An official telegram from London, dated March 6, announces that the total tenders for the Victorian Loan (£3,400,000) amounted to £8,900,000. Tenders at 100 J will receive sn full. Tenders at 2s premium will receive 2 per cent, of allotment. Tenders averaged 3s 6d premium. Two tenders alone were for a million each. There were in all 510 tenderers. The Government were obliged to give a pledge that the limit of the July loan should be two millions. I It is expected that Mr Service will to-day complete the formation of the new Ministry. It is expected to include Messrs Langridge, Berry, Ruford, Gillies, Tucker and Anderson, In the official telegram re the Loan read “Tenders at 100), and upwards will receive in full.” ADELAIDE, March 7.
