BY ELECTRIC TELEORAPH.-(OOPYRIGHT.) [beuteb’s telegbamb], PARIS, Feb. 13. The French Ministry resigned office to-day. NEW YORK, Feb. 13. Accounts of continued floods are again to hand from numerous places in the Northern and Central States. At Cii iatti, Ohio, the flood had undermined the railway station, and it fell today, submerging fully a hundred persons. At Louisville, Kentucky, owing to the bursting of a dam, thirty persons have been drowned, and thousands rendered homeless. An immense amount of property has been destroyed recently by the heavy rains and floods. BERLIN, Feb. 13. The death is announced of Richard Wagner, musician and poet, aged 70. LONDON, Feb. 14. The “Times” in its issue this morning announces the death of Cardinal Maccabe, Archbishop of Dublin. A report contained in “The Times” this morning regarding the death of Archbishop Maccabe is authoritatively denied. Prince Jerome Bonaparte left here to-day for Paris.
