[reuteb’s telegrams]. BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—/COPYRIGHT,) LONDON, Feb. 7. Earl Spencer, Viceroy of Ireland, returned to-day to Dublin. The Danuban Commission met to-day, but owing to the absence of Musuru Pasha, the Turkish Ambassador, the meeting adjourned, H. E. Knight, Lord Mayor of London, has refused the request which has been made to him that he should start a fund for the relief of the prevailing distress in Ireland. Feb. 8. The ship which foundered in the Bay of Biscay during the late gales is the Kenmore Castle, 1300 tons, owned by T. Skinner and Co. of London, and traded between Antwerp and Odessa, It has transpired that the Lord Mayer refused to organise the. Irish Relief Fund owing to the manner in which the City Corporation was abused by certain speakers at a public meeting held in London on the 30th nit. to discuss the question of Irish relief.
