Sin,—Can you inform me whose duty it I* to empty th* closet pans In th* township 1 I may state that for some weeks, In fact I may say some months, my promlsss hav* never been attended to. Surely th* health of th* town requires that the weal of th* Inhabitant* should be attended to bafore anything. From enquiries mad*, I found that others are similarly situated, and hav* equal cause of eompleint. By taearting thin you will oblige,—l am Ac., Inquisitive. Gisborne, Bth Feb., 1883.
