RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.—GISBORNE.
. This Day. ["Before M. Price, Esq., R.M.] There were no criminal cases for hearing this morning. Civil Cases. The following case, Bee v. G. F, McKay, called on. Mr Nolan appeared for plantiff, and Mr Finn for the defendant, After some argument between Counsel, it was agreed that the case be adjourned to the 13th of February, the cost of the witness to abide the issue. Some other case against the same defendant were enlarged after His Worship had heard the evidence of Dr Pollen.
