A meeting of creditors of Mr James Richard Davis will be held at the office of Mr George Johnstone, Lowe-street, on Tuesday, the 16th instant, at two o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of annulling the order of bankruptcy made by the Registrar of the Court on the 13th November last, and to change the said order of bankruptcy to a deed of arrangement under the 119th Section of tlie Debtors and Creditors’ Act of 1876.
