TRUST COMMISSIONER’S COURT.

n ♦ Gannon v. N.Z.N.L.S. Co. This was a case for appeal to be settled by the Trust Commissioner, aud to be set down for argument before the Supreme Court, being an appeal against the decision of the Commissioner in granting his certificate to a certain deed of conveyance of 12,400 acres of the Whatanpoko bloek to the New Zealand Land and Settlement Co, Mr W. R. Robinson appeared for the appellant, Mr Gannon ; and Mr W. L. Rees for the Company. After some argument the Commissioner decided to further adjourn the case until Thursday, 4th Jan., 1883.
