Chief Post Office. Gisborne For Napier, Wellington and South, also the Australian Colonies, per Rotomahana, on Friday, Dec. 22nd at 3.30 p.m. For Auckland and Sydney, per Ringarooma, on Saturday, Dec. 23rd, at 7 p.m. For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, Asia, Africa, America and West Indies via San Francisco, also the Sandwich Islands, on Friday, 29th Dec., at 3 p.m. Money orders may be obtained and letters registered until 2 p.m. same day. This mail will be due in London on the 12th February, 1883. On Christmas and New Year’s Day the Post Office will be closed, and the Telegraph Office open only from 9 to 10 a.m. J. Shrtmptox, Chief Postmaster.
