[reuter’s telegrams], BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—(COPYRIGHT.) LONDON, Dec. 18. A fire broke out on board the Orient steamship Cotopaxi last night, while lying in the Albert Docks, and had obtained such a hold upon the vessel before it was discovered, that the interior of the ship is completely gutted. It is understood that Sir Chas. Wentworth Dilke, Political Secretary of the Foreign Office, will shortly enter the Cabinet. Arrived—Ship Rangitikei, from Lyttelton, September 16.
