TJIIK DAY, fßefoi’e M. Price, Esq., R.M.j Kereama Tete was charged wit h riotous behaviour ; also, with malicious destruction of public property on the 6th inst. Prisoner pleaded not guilty. Sergeant Bullen stated the charges, which the prisoner denied on oath. Fined 10s on the first charge, or 3 days’ imprisonment; and 10s, and to pay 7» 6d the value of the property destroyed, on the second charge. Thomas Henry D’Arcy, was charged with being drunk on the 7th Decem'oer. Prisoner pleaded guilty, and w»w fined 10s or 24 hours’ imprisonment. This was all the butiness.
