(BY CABLE. —REUTER’S TELEGRAMS). SYDNEY, Nov. 6. Arrived—This evening : The Union Co. ’s steamship Ringarooma, from Auckland. Both Houses of Parliament were prorogued to-day. In the report upon the New South Wales Railways the total amounts expended upon the construction since their commencement is shown to have nearly reached £15,000,000.
