[hkuter’b telegrams]. PARIS, Oct. 25. Tho French Minister of Justice in applying to-day for a change of venue in the trial of a number uf Socialist strikers, declared that he holds threads of evidence of a vast revolutionary organisation which is now permeating France. The statement has caused much excitement throughout the country, COLOMBO, October 26, A Court of enquiry has been held here into the collision which took place between the P. and O. steamship and tlie barque Qlemoy. The finding has been that the barque was to blame, and the Captain's certificate has been suspended for six months. •
