RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.—GISBORNE.
[Before M. Phick, Esq., R.M.] Therk were no criminal cases for hearing at the Resident Magistrate’s Court this morning. Cxvjl Cases. COMMON, SHELTON, AND CO. V. TRIMMER. Claim R 67 4s 10d. Judgment for plaintiffs, with costs. Mr Nolan appeared for the plaintiffs. ROBJOHNB, TEAT, AND CO. V. M’KAY. A claim of £B2, for the use aud detention Of a horse. The case was adjourned until Tuesday, the 24th instant. J. BAST V. WX UARONGA. Claim £7 14s 6d, for goods aupplied. Judgment was given iu this case for the full amount and costs.
