The Regatta under the auspices of the Rowing Association was held on the Paramatta River to-day, but was poorly attended, Oct. 15. The Art Gallery, for the first time on Sunday, was thrown open to-day to the public. There was a very large and orderly attendance of visitors. MELBOURNE, This Day. During the Race for the Findon Harriers’ Gold Vase (gentlemen riders) at the Caulfield Meeting, on Saturday, Mr McShail’s hunter Larrikin fell on his rider, Mr Bonnop, who was seriously injured, and is now delirious.
