LONDON, Oct. 13. A Parliamentary blue book has been published relating to the Channel Tunnel. tVith the exception of Sir John Adye, the whole of the military critics have pronounced against the work being proceeded with. ALEXANDRIA, Oct. 13. General Sir Archibald Alison will remain in this country in command of the army of occupation. Sir Garnet Wolseley leaves for England on the 20th inst. The trial of Arabi and his associates will commence to-morrow. The cases will be heard publicly.
