BY ELECTKIC TELEGRAPH.-(COPYRIGHT.) [REUTER’S TELE! JRAMSj. Received October 5, 12.30 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 3. Two serious agrarian murders are reported to-day from Ireland, farmers in both cases being the victims. The scenes of the outrages were Boyle, in County Roscommon, and Castle Island, in County Kerry. Several arrests have been made of persons believed to be implicated in the murders. BERLIN, Oct. 3. Prince Bismarck's health has somewhat improved, and he is now coming from his country-seat to Berlin to resume his official duties. ALEXANDRIA, Oct. 3. It has transpired that it has been decided that the Brigades under Sir Evelyn Wood and Sir Archibald Alison shall remain in occupation of Egypt. The rest of the troops will leave during the course of this month.
