A steamer of the Peninsular and Oriental line leaves Melbourne on the 12th Sept. Correspondence specially so addressed and prepaid th* Brindisi rates of portage, vis., eightpane* per half-ounce, will be forwarded by •very opportunity, J. Shbimptox, Chief Portmaster.
