Tins Day. M. Price, Esq., B.M.] Police v. Th-ikia, The defendant was charged with being drunk and disorderly in a public place, and was fined 10s with costs, or in default 24 hours imprisonment. There was another case down for hearing, but on account of the absence of two of the witnesses, was adjourned till Thursday next, the 21st instant.
