Arrived—Steamship Marsala, from London, June 15. SYDNEY. August 11. Arrangements which were in progress for the taking over of Messrs. Mort and Co.’s business by Goldsborough and Co., Limited, of Melbourne, have lapsed. The directors of Goldsborough and Co. having declined to give full power of management to Sydney directors. New Zealand wheat advanced to 5s 4d; New Zealand oats, 3s sd; maize, per bushel, 5s ; Sugar Co.’s No. 1, prices per ton, £35.
