TO THE BDITOB. Sxa,—Would you kindly inform ms why ths " Big Gun," is not flrod atl2 o'clock every Saturday's al it used to be ? Before, '.it was of great use and convenience to the public generally. Person, in their houses could put their watches and docks to the right time, without having ths trouble of a walk to the Post Office; but, now, the non-firing is a great inconvenience. The watches and clocks .how all sort, of time, a. people are too busily engaged to go and obtain the right time, and the result is that the time pieces ore left to their own sweet will fromone week to another and are all the time either too fast or too slow.—l am &0., Big Gun.
