[Reuter’s Telegrams.] Melbourne, July 9. Arrived : Union Company’s Manapouri, from the Bluff, last evening. Perth, W.A., July 10. Under authority of the Secretary of State for the Colonies the Government of West Australia will shortly place on the London Market a loan of £260,000 for certain public works in this Colony.
